From the north and east.

Exit M1 at J28 slip road, go right and follow signs for A38/Derby. Exit A38 at Ripley, take the right lane, go around the traffic island under the A38. Follow signs to Ambergate/A610.Stay on the A610 untill you reach a T-junction. Turn left at the junction onto the A6, stay on the A6 through Belper untill you see the Lion Hotel on your left. From Derby take the A6 following signs to Matlock, travel through Duffield and Milford on reaching Belper, straight on at the roundabout (Macdonalds is on the left).Straight on at the traffic lights + 100 metres to the right, turn into the Lion Hotel car park between the Hotel and the Chevin service station. From the West (A38).

Go through Derby on the A38 and take the A6 slip road of on the left following the signs to Matlock and Duffield. Follow the A6 through Duffield and Milford on reaching Belper, straight on at the roundabout.
